Currently Head of Digital Marketing at BT Business, Kelly leads a dynamic team dedicated to delivering standout B2B customer and prospect marketing initiatives. Under her leadership, the team are developing a culture as change-agents and leading the digital marketing transformation strategy, to simplify and modernise the Digital Marketing eco-system, utilising data, technology and the expertise of people in the team to drive customer trust and growth. Her strategic vision and hands-on approach have propelled the adoption and optimization of cutting-edge marketing technologies, ensuring BT Business remains at the forefront of industry innovation. Prior to her role at BT Business, Kelly held pivotal positions at Paragon Customer Communications and Asurion Europe Limited, where she spearheaded client growth initiatives, implemented quality improvements, and played a key role in business integration strategies. Kelly's passion for marketing extends beyond her professional endeavours.
