Ket has a deep passion for building commercially-steered, automated, highly personalised user experiences at scale. He has extensive strategic and practical experience of doing this across the entire user experience, including pricing, promotions, merchandising, recommendations, content and layout, as well as across touchpoints. He builds performant systems though rapid-prototyping and commercial experimentation for companies small and large, most recently as VP Product (Personalisation) for Virgin Media O2. Ket’s focus is on building systems that can understand and tailor the experience for users end-to-end, across marketing channels, emails, in-app, web, offline and more. Only then, can users get the experience they truly deserve!
