He builds performant systems though rapid-prototyping and commercial experimentation for companies small and large, most recently as VP Product (Personalisation) for Virgin Media O2. Ket’s focus is on building systems that can understand and tailor the experience for users end-to-end, across marketing channels, emails, in-app, web, offline and more.
