Will is currently Head of Loyalty & CRM for B&Q, joining in July to lead the redesign and evolution of its consumer and trade loyalty programs and CRM strategy. Prior to B&Q, Will spent 9 years in Toronto, Canada, most recently as division VP of Marketing Channels, Technology and Analytics for one of Canada’s biggest brands and retailers, Hudson’s Bay Company, and leading CRM & Digital at Air Canada prior to that. Before he left the UK in 2015, Will spent time at both Nectar and dunnhumby working with Sainsbury’s and Tesco, respectively, from a loyalty analytics and insights perspective.
