I began my career in 1995 with Bristol Myers Squibb - Egypt in the QA/QC department for 5 years then joined Novartis Consumer Health sales team- Gulf for 1 year, then Wyeth/ Pfizer from November 2001 till November 2014 where I held different roles in both sales & marketing/various therapeutic areas including Nutritionals, Consumer Health, Rheumatology, Dermatology, CNS, Anti-Infectives, Bone, Nephrology, Immunology, Rare Diseases, ophthalmology, internal medicine & GI In December 2014, I joined Amgen as Regional Marketing Head for the Turkey, Middle East & Africa region where I was accountable for both marketing & access, then after a few months, I became the GCC Cluster Head for the Specialty business at Amgen. In August 2017, I joined Shire as EAMEA Regional Hematology Lead & in February 2018, got promoted to EAMEA Regional Head of Marketing In January 2019, was appointed as Head of Portfolio Management for ICMEA (India, CIS, Turkey, Middle East & Africa), Emerging Markets Business Unit at Takeda. In April 2021, moved to a global marketing role within Takeda (Global First Liter Lead) & in August 2022 got promoted to Global Portfolio Head to oversee the full Portfolio working in a hybrid model (Zurich/Dubai) I gathered more than 25 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry by working across 7 Multinationals.
