With over 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, I currently serve as VP, Head of Strategic Business Excellence at Ipsen, supporting countries all over the world for sales force effectiveness, competitive intelligence, forecasting, and launch excellence, among other areas. Prior to this, I was the Country President for Ipsen Italy, overseeing 130+ employees and driving significant growth during the COVID crisis. Passionate about transforming specialty care commercialization, I contribute actively to strategic governance at Ipsen and have worked on more than +10 launches, either locally or globally.
