Prior to this he held various senior leadership roles at Takeda, leading high-performing teams in diverse cultural environments. Including roles as Franchise Head for the Lung Cancer Franchise in the US market, Head of the Rare Disease BU Office in Japan and as member of it's Global Marketing team for GI. Known for his strategic mindset and collaborative leadership style, William has overseen multiple benchmark-beating launches at various organizational levels. His expertise spans launch excellence, cross-functional team leadership, new capability building, change management and customer engagement.
