Halil Baytak

Halil Baytak is Lead Product Safety Engineer at Bombardier Transportation. His responsibility is leading the safety activities for projects from the preparation of safety specification up to commissioning. 

Since 2013 he has been Lead Safety Engineer /Expert in Rail Industry for national and international projects, for essential projects for Deutsche Bahn, Traxx Africa, TRAXX Israel, MSDC Locomotives for Europe, AC Locomotives for Germany.

He has seven years experience in chemical and petrochemical industry at HIMA as safety expert and project leader for national and international projects, for companies such as BASF, Exxon Mobile, Shell, Bayer, OMV, and Total, among others.

He holds a Master of since & Dipl. Ing.- Electrical and Electronical Engineer from the Technical University of Kaiserslautern and Bachelor degree in Electrical and Electronical Engineer from the Technical University Yildiz in Istanbul.
