Ali Hanan is the founder and CEO of Creative Equals, an award-winning organisation championing inclusive marketing and a strategic partner of the World Federation of Advertisers. Formerly a digital creative director, Ali launched Creative Equals driven by frustration at the lack of diversity at the creative table in marketing. Over the past decade, she has spearheaded some of the industry's most groundbreaking initiatives, including community programs such as CreativeComeback and Disabled Creatives. Under her leadership, Creative Equals has become a trailblazer in inclusive marketing, partnering with global brands like PepsiCo, Reckitt, Mars, McDonald’s, Dr. Martens, and more, embedding DEI principles throughout the marketing value chain.
