Alice is Chief Strategy Officer at the Responsible Marketing Agency. Having spent the majority of her career in large media agencies as a strategist working for household name brands such as Marks & Spencer, Unilever and ITV, she creates actionable and integrated communications strategies which instigate and embed ESG thinking. Earlier in her career, Alice was responsible for Grow@Mindshare, through which she supported highly ambitious adolescent brands, such as Depop, Graze and Elvie in realising their next stages of growth. Having worked on a freelance basis for a number of years, she has broad experience including growing an incredible small business, transforming the funeral sector and consulting on the formation of a strategy function. Her greatest ambition is to integrate ESG into the everyday thinking of clients and the industry.
