Clarice is a Sierra-Leonean American strategist and builder dedicated to authentic representation, inclusive practices, and curating intentional, impactful spaces. She’s currently a Strategy Director at Revolt, part of Anthesis, where she empowers companies to achieve sustainable growth through inclusive strategies and purpose-driven brand initiatives. She has worked with a variety of brands, including L’Oréal Group, The Ordinary, Rockstar Energy, Red Rock Deli and others. Her work in inclusive marketing with L’Oréal recently earned a Gold Brandon Hall Group Award in Learning and Development. Before joining Revolt, Clarice earned her MBA from Bayes Business School (formerly Cass) and gained valuable experience in agency, tech, venture capital, and media.
