Lisa is the Go To Market and Media Lead at giffgaff, with her team looking after all things media planning, as well as the cross-departmental collaboration needed to launch new products, promotions, and campaigns to market. She is passionate about sustainable media planning and inclusive and equitable marketing. Lisa, together with partner agency MG OMD, is at the helm of giffgaff's "responsible reach" approach to media - which won an Ad Net Zero Award in 2023.
