Sarah is a highly esteemed global marketing leader with over 20 years of comprehensive experience in end-to-end media, digital marketing, retail, and communications across various industry sectors. Most recently, she has made significant business contributions at Unilever. Sarah is renowned for her commercial acumen and her ability to continuously innovate and evolve media and communications strategies in an increasingly data-driven world where media, commerce, social culture, and entertainment converge. At Unilever, she spearheaded the Global Media Agenda with an annual budget of €5 billion, pioneering retail media best practices and full-funnel 360 communications planning. Sarah also managed media agency trading and contracts, overseeing the largest global media agency contract review in 2024 and enhancing Unilever's media technology solutions. Her exceptional work has earned her The Drum Digital Trading Leader Award, and she was honored as a Female Icon of the advertising industry by Cosmopolitan. Sarah is actively involved in the industry, advocating for a responsible digital and media ecosystem. She serves as Vice Chair of ISBA, is a Board Member of MMA EMEA, and co-chairs the I-Com Retail Media Group. She has also spoken at numerous external conferences, including Mobile World Congress, DMexco, and Ad Age Europe. Based in London, Sarah holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies and Marketing.
