This 1970s building was able to be repositioned in its market as a result of renegotiating a new 10 year lease with Telstra and by converting a mid level plant room into 2 new floors. In this session, Nicola will discuss the strategy undertaken by the team in this project, with reference to:
Refurbishing levels 1- 14 in the low rise of the building whilst churning Telstra through their floors and integrating their fit out
This work being carried out with minimum disruption to the existing tenants in the building
Converting a mid-level plant room into an additional 2900 sqm of commercial office space, taking the buildings from 28 to 30 floors
