Raffaele Turturro had a solid background in an international context with more than 14 years work experience in 5 different EU countries (Italy, Germany, Slovakia, Russia, France)
He combined his Logistic and supply chain expertise on the international level with a broader view and perspective on different part of the business

In fact for three years, he was founder of a start up in the IT sector ( 3D animations for e-commerce).

After several years in Metro, in 2018 he accepted a new challenge as Head of Supply chain and Operations for Europe in EOS Evolution of Smooth. In this way, on his supply chain & logistic background he added the operation/manufacturing experience.

Currently he is responsible for 4 distribution centres and 2 packing partners in Europe.

His current objectives are:

1) to bring Evolution of smooth to the next level in terms of E2E visibility and control and

2) makes EOS steady growth more sustainable.
