Jessica Marcus is the Transparency Policy Lead at Ofcom leading the development of the transparency reporting regime under the Online Safety Act. Her background is a mix of research and technology, with expertise in social media intelligence and cultural insight. She advocates for driving behaviour change at platforms through transparency and was a delegate for the 2023 UN Commission on Women CSW67 focusing on innovation and technology.
