Les Jebson currently serves as an executive with Texas A&M Health [health.tamu.edu]. In this role, he serves as a inter-practice clinical practice administrator [IPP]. The IPP is tasked with designing and leveraging the collective faculty expertise of Texas A&M Health's five colleges. Dispersed throughout Texas, the IPP develops common clinical practice infrastructure and implements novel patient care initiatives. [Medicine, Nursing, Public Health, Pharmacy, Dentistry]
His prior professional experiences include serving as an administrative growth architect with SIU Medicine, and UF Health. There he helped transform and craft regional and nationally recognized clinical specialty programs. Prior to this, he served as Business Director with The University of Kansas Health System, and as the founding executive of one of the region's largest medical groups in metropolitan Kansas City [Advent Health Medical Group]. He has also served as a clinic administrator with University of Missouri Healthcare; and began his career at The University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics.
Mr. Jebson is certified and a fellow with both The American College of Healthcare Executives [ACHE] and The Medical Group Management Association [MGMA] and is also a Certified Healthcare Risk Manager. He serves as a guest faculty instructor for several universities and advisor to healthcare professional organizations. He has numerous authored healthcare publications and national speaking engagements on healthcare organizational improvement. Mr. Jebson's primary areas of expertise resides in research innovation, programmatic development, team based care delivery models.
