Hadeel is the Manager of the Clinical Licensing Department in Dubai Healthcare City Authority – Regulatory (DHCR), an independent regulatory arm of Dubai Healthcare City Authority (DHCA), the governing body of Dubai Healthcare City Free Zone, a health and wellness destination. Clinical Licensing is responsible for the licensure of all healthcare professionals, healthcare operators and clinical advertisements to maintaining international best practice in healthcare delivery and patient care within the free zone.

With dual specialization Masters’ Degree in Healthcare Management and Leadership and Communication, Hadeel has over 12 years’ experience within the healthcare industry locally and internationally. She has over 5 years related to healthcare regulations and conversion of manual clinical licensing system into a fully automated portal. Outside work, Hadeel enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with family.
