For the last 2 years, The Department of Customer Service have been working towards becoming a truly agile analytics capability - NSW Data Analytics Centre (DAC). Starting in September 2017 with a project delivered in 50% of the time estimated, Simon and his team have gained significant leadership support and are now setting the standard for Public Sector analytics across Australia.
