With Roxtec since 2004 and in the Windindustry since 1999 As a Global Segment Manager Wind and HVDC Offshore at Roxtec Group, I have over 20 years of experience in the cable and pipe penetration industry, with a focus on the offshore wind Industry including HVDC Offshore. I am a certified Project Manager by IHK, and I have a strong technical understanding of the wind turbine components and systems and the industry standards and regulations. In my current role, I lead a global team of sales, engineering, and service professionals to develop and execute strategies for new business development, key account management, and market penetration in the wind segment. I also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the quality, safety, and reliability of our sealing solutions for wind projects. My goal is to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions that meet the needs and expectations of our customers and the industry and to contribute to the growth and success of Roxtec Group.
