At Lucas Systems he is responsible for the introduction of Lucas‘ software portfolio in the DACH region. Prior to this, Thies held several positions such as software development, business consultancy, account management at software companies and Auto-ID system integrators/manufacturers. He has completed a technical education with a diploma in engineering.
